Shipping Methods & Carriers At Barrels Surf Co., we use Shopify Shipping to deliver your orders reliably through USPS. We offer straightforward shipping options designed to be affordable and convenient.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): Typically arrives within 3-7 business days.

  • Local Pickup (Oahu, HI only): Available for local customers who prefer to pick up their orders directly.

Shipping Rates for United States Domestic orders Our shipping rates are simple and transparent:

  • Shipping rate is calculated at checkout

  • FREE Standard shipping on all orders $100 or more.

Order Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (HST), or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations Currently, Barrels Surf Co. ships to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. At this time, we offer international shipping which is calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with tracking details provided by Shopify Shipping. You can track your order directly through the provided USPS tracking link.

Lost or Damaged Packages We carefully package every order, but if your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@barrelssurfco.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, offering a replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges We offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Barrels Surf Co. is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders returned due to address errors.
