Barrels Surf Co. Return and Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges We want you to love your Barrels Surf Co. products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note: All sales on swimwear are final due to the hygienic nature of these items. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on swimsuits for safety and cleanliness reasons.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@barrelssurfco.com within 14 days of receipt.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Barrels Surf Co. will cover shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.
Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Provide details and photos to support@barrelssurfco.com, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds At this time, Barrels Surf Co. does not offer refunds, except in the case of damaged or defective products that we are unable to replace. In such cases, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Incorrect Shipping Information Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Barrels Surf Co. is not responsible for items lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Shipping charges will not be refunded if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
